These guaranteed heifer IVF embryos represent so much in the Fullblood Wagyu business. Their dam is GVW Ms. Haruki 330-10 in which we feel is one of the top Fullblood Wagyu we have ever had a chance to invest in. She is so heavy in her bone and foot size it is unreal. She is massive in her foot and moves very fluid and with much ease. She is a big performance daughter of LMR Toshiro 2/3. A full brother to KAGE, who was progeny tested in Australia with 1200 F1’s and produced 70% grading 9+ on the Australian scale (3 full grades above USDA Prime) – and 15% graded 7-9 (Prime + and Prime ++) – after 540 days on feed.
Toshiro 2/3’s full brother, LMR Toshiro 1/3, is a 1900 pound bull from the Lone Mountain program. LMR Toshiro 1/3 traces back to Kitaguni 7/8, one of the most famous Japanese sires. Toshiro 1-3 has a frame score of 6 and an inbreeding coefficient of 8.7%, and ranks in the top 10% of LMR Herd in 200, 400 & 600-Day Weight EPD’s.
These heifer embryos are from World K’s Sanjirou. Sanjirou has the potential to become one of the most influential sires of the Tajima line, having great meat quality, large ribeye area, thick rib and high yields. In the 2006 U.S.Wagyu Sire Summary, Sanjirou ranks third highest in marbling, behind Fukutsuru 068, but ahead of his sire, Michifuku.
Sanjirou is a linebredYasumi Doi J10328 bull.Yasumi Doi J10328 siredYasutanidoi J472 and grandsired both Fukutsuru 068 and Yasufuku 930. Sanjirou is out of the prominent Japanese cow Suzutani, who represents one of the most potent bloodlines in Japan. Her great-grandsire,Yasumi Doi J10328, is widely known for his ability to produce excellent meat quality and size. Suzutani’s sire was Tanishige 1526, whose progeny test results demonstrate that he has heritable traits with a BMS score +3.1 (above the national average of +2.1) and a yield grade of 72.7 percent.
